Idal Group \ Country Coverage Historically, Idal has focused on the northern part of Poland, as this was the location of its main customers (ports and shipyards). Nowadays, however, Idal is active throughout the whole country and has established branch offices in the most industrialised regions of the country, as the map below shows.
Currently, we have offices in the following cities:
Each of the branches has about two sales staff. These offices allow us to reach customers almost anywhere in the country, leaving out only the agricultural East. The head office staff is working closely together with our branch staff to ensure a bi-directional transfer of knowledge and a consistent customer service quality. Apart from the daily contacts there are regular meetings at the headquarters for all the staff. As our sales and customer base continuously grows, we are planning on gradually opening new branch offices.
